Overview
Low visitor numbers of the museum are affecting the it's ability to preserve cultural heritage effectively. People visit museums only once and want more engaging experiences. Schools and students seek learning and involvement. Both of these the museum lacks. Enhanced the museum experience by changing the feedback loop. We looked at improving the experience throughout the user journey through an application, better space and interactions inside and making use of collaborations.
